Iris and Greg are an amazing couple. They met while camping and to pay homage to how they met, they chose Del Valle Regional Park in Livermore as the site for their engagement shoot. The park was filled with beautiful scenery, lush trees centered around the lake. Typically this popular park would be overrun with visitors but since we shot on a weekday, it was fairly vacant. We were able to catch some amazing pictures. Afterwards, we took a stroll through town and stopped off at a famous local coffee shop, Panama Red. The workers were even kind enough to open up the windows for our shoot. It was a wonderful day.

This was W Photography’s first Save the Date Video. We worked very hard with Ivy and Ethan to recreate their story about how they met and maintained their long distance relationship. The video is whimsical and charming, much like the couple. This was an excellent way to announce to their friends and family that they’re engaged. It’s their very own fairytale come true.

Tiffany and Henry, a lovely couple, opted to shoot their engagement session at Sunol Regional Park. This isn’t the first time I’ve shot there but each time the scene changes with the seasons. The changes really help to distinguish not only the time of year the pictures were shot, but also it keeps from having their amazing photos look like anyone else. They are a unique pair and deserve pictures that reflect as much.

It’s amazing the connections I’ve made with couples I’ve shot in the past. With Zena and Gino, not only was I there seven years ago when they tied the knot, I’ve been privileged enough to see the family grow. Not too long ago, we did family portrait, and here we are again. Even though it was an overcast day at the beach, the family had an amazing time. I’m so happy I was able to be there to capture the family’s day of fun!
